The trainee must attend all training days and hours. They will be excluded from the program if their absence exceeds 20% of the training hours. They are not entitled to claim a certificate of attendance for the training course.
After payment and seat reservation, the trainee is not entitled to a refund of participation fees unless the training program is postponed or canceled by the training center or if there is a convincing justification in accordance with the Authority’s applicable rules and regulations.
Respect the rights of third parties and treat all trainees and training center staff well.
The trainee must use the site for legal purposes only and not use it for any illegal or harmful activities.
It is prohibited to transmit or publish materials containing malicious software, such as viruses or malware, through the site.
Training courses are only effective after prior registration and payment of fees.
The site reserves the right to change course dates or content at any time, with notice to the trainees concerned.
All materials displayed on the site, including text, images, videos, and training content, are protected by intellectual property rights. The user must respect copyright and refrain from using these materials illegally.
DMC Arabia Consulting and Training reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. These amendments will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

Attendance, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:

Attendance Requirements:
Trainees must attend all course days to receive a certificate.
If attending virtual classes, attendance will be treated as physical attendance in live courses.
Withdrawal and Postponement:
No withdrawal or postponement is permitted after 3 days from the payment date. Trainees must notify the center prior to the scheduled date.
Refund Procedures:
If a trainee cancels a course within the specified period, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used.
An administrative fee may be charged if a course is postponed or cancelled after a certain period.
